  • How do I schedule a shoot?
    We Have 4 Ways you can book with us 1.) On website ( select or click book your next service in menu bar 2.) Email us at 3.) Call or Text us 614-233-1292 4.) DM us on Instagram
  • How do I make a payment
    We have two ways you can make a payment Choice One: Make payment directly online when booking a service Choice Two: Schedule a appointment and you can pay for pictures the day the images are delivered via email.
  • How soon will I get back my photos back?
    All photos we be sent out via email 24 hours or less from the orginal schedule appointment timeframe. Virtual staging takes 24 to 36 hours from orginal schedule appointment
  • Do you work on weekends?
    We normally do not work on weekends, however if you contact us 48 hours in advance we can provide the hours if available for weekend times.
  • How do I prep my client to have their home photo ready?
    We offer a photography home prep check list to offer to your clients. It has a simple layout that your client can follow and checkoff list to help prep the home. Just let us know you would like the check list and we weill send it out to you via email.
  • Do you travel outside of Central Columbus ?
    We do, however mileage fees do apply. Examples: -Dayton -Zanesville -Cincinnati -Cleveland
  • New Clients
    All new clients and existing clients can create a online profile. Clients Profiles include All Invoices for tax purpose Payments Photography Images History storage
  • How long do you hold my listing photos?
    One Year and if you need to extend that time , we can hold it for $40.00 per year.
